Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

By registering for and attending the Victory in Christ Seminar (the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event, whether as an attendee, volunteer, or otherwise, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks and take full responsibility for my participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the event staff, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property in connection with the Victory in Christ Seminar, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims related to personal injury, property damage, or violations of this agreement.

Waiver of Right to Sue

By registering for the Victory in Christ Seminar, I expressly waive my right to bring any legal action or claim against the Released Parties for any loss, injury, or damages arising out of my participation in the Event. This waiver extends to my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

Photography and Recording Release

I understand that the Event may be photographed, recorded, or otherwise documented. By attending, I grant permission for my likeness, image, or voice to be used by the Event organizers for promotional or other lawful purposes without compensation or additional consent.

Agreement to Terms

By completing my registration for the Victory in Christ Seminar, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I understand that this agreement is binding and enforceable under applicable laws.
